MONTHLY SERVICES

All monthly services include: 

​

Accounts Payable including data entry of invoices, maintaining vendor records and W-9's.

Accounts Receivable including generating and sending invoices to customers, entering revenue and issuing credits and refunds as needed. 

​

Financial Reports with Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement included in monthly report.

Bank Reconciliation including reconciling bank accounts per package to confirm all entries match

from bank statement to data entry system. 

PAYROLL SERVICES

Payroll services can be added to any Package or as an à la carte option.


Base cost of $50.00 per payroll plus $3.00/employee.

Quarterly payroll reports are separate.
